Service Description
LeadSync is a curated retreat and workshop experience designed to bring executive teams into full alignment. Whether you're launching something new, navigating change, or simply resetting, Dr. Oliver facilitates dynamic sessions that build trust, unlock clarity, and position your team to align, manage healthy conflict, build cohesion, and lead with unstoppable momentum. Customized for your team or executive meetings, workshops, and retreats. Can be online or in person based on schedule. Price does not include travel.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance. Last minute bookings can only be made online 24 hours in advance All services with deposits are non refundable. Deposit is due upon contract signing and is non refundable . Plans will be cancelled if deposit is not paid on contract date. Plans will be cancelled after 2 late non-payments. There will be no refunds given for cancelled plans. Plans are good for consecutive months of start date (6 or 12 where applicable), if sessions are unused after 12 month period they will be forfeited. No-shows for booking will be charged 10% of service fee.
